Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. While we routinely process orders the same day they are received, it can take up to two business days during the holiday season.
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be shipped. While we do our best to meet and even exceed these times, they are estimates and can not be guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier and shipping method used.
Summer Shipping Schedule
Between June 1st and September 30th we ship on Monday & Tuesdays only. This is to prevent your candle orders from sitting in hot warehouses over weekends. We resume normal shipping schedule in October.
Shipping in hot weather may affect the integrity of your candle. Coconut wax is a very soft wax and if kept in hot weather for long periods of time, they will get soft and sticky. If you order candles during very hot weather, chances are your candles will get very soft in shipment. Please be aware your candles can be affected by severe exposure to hot temperatures of 90 degrees or higher for long periods of time. Mail trucks are not air conditioned. Please keep this in mind when purchasing candles in the summer months. Willowood Candle Co. can not be held liable for melted candles. PLEASE ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us directly within 3 days of the date you received your order. We will work in good faith to remedy your situation.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
